EMDR or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. has been found to be helpful in treating trauma and post tramatic stress disorder (PTSD) . I have post masters training as an EMDR I & II, certified therapists.

This form of therapy is recognized by the American Psychological Association  (APA) as well as the World Health Organization and Department of Defense. It often allows clients to clear a trauma or various traumas without getting into much detail of the event or having to discuss the event repeatedly the event once and for all.  Most people get relief in as little as 12 sessions for complex trauma.  It can also be used for stress relief, and self esteem empowerment.
